Browse our verified coaches on the Find Coaches page, select the coach you'd like to work with, choose a listing that suits your needs, pick a date and time, and pay securely through the platform. You'll receive a confirmation email once your booking is accepted by the coach.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Coaches receive their payout within 5-7 business days after a session is completed. Complete Rugby charges an 8% platform fee on all sessions.
Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the session. 50% refund if cancelled between 24-48 hours before. No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the session start time.
Every coach on Complete Rugby goes through an application review process. Coaches working with players under 18 must hold a valid enhanced DBS certificate which is verified directly by our team before their profile goes live.
Register for an account and select Coach as your role. Complete the onboarding process including your profile, qualifications, DBS check if required, and Stripe Connect setup to receive payments. A Creator Plan subscription of £25/month is required to list your services.
Communities are subscription-based groups created and run by coaches. Members get access to exclusive content, files, announcements, and direct connection with the coach and fellow members.
Organisations can affiliate coaches to their account through the platform. Affiliated coaches display the organisation badge on their profile. Affiliated coaches pay a 10% total platform fee — 6% to Complete Rugby and 4% to the organisation.

Yes. Complete Rugby never stores your card details. All payments are handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification available.
Yes, Complete Rugby is fully responsive and works on all devices including mobile and tablet.
