How Can We Help?

Browse our verified coaches on the Find Coaches page, select the coach you'd like to work with, choose a listing that suits your needs, pick a date and time, and pay securely through the platform. You'll receive a confirmation email once your booking is accepted by the coach.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment is held safely by the platform until the session has taken place. Coaches are paid out at 9am the day after the session (or as soon as you confirm it went ahead). Complete Rugby charges a 8% platform fee on all sessions.

Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the session. 50% refund if cancelled between 24-48 hours before. No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the session start time.

Every coach on Complete Rugby goes through an application review process. Coaches working with players under 18 must hold a valid enhanced DBS certificate which is verified directly by our team before their profile goes live.

Register for an account and select Coach as your role. Complete the onboarding process including your profile, qualifications, DBS check if required, and Stripe Connect setup to receive payments. A Creator Plan subscription of £15/month is required to list your services.

Communities are subscription-based groups created and run by coaches. Members get access to exclusive content, files, announcements, and direct connection with the coach and fellow members.

Organisations affiliate coaches to their account through the platform, and affiliated coaches display the organisation badge on their profile. Each organisation sets its own fee, from 0 to 17%, on its coaches’ bookings. Organisations also earn £5 a month for every coach they recruit to Complete Rugby, for as long as that coach subscribes, and recruited coaches are free to affiliate with no per coach fee.

Contact our support team at support@completerugby.co.uk with your booking reference and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours and will investigate all disputes fairly.
