200 professionals is the unlock

The focus right now is simple: build a roster deep enough to serve a whole club or a whole school properly. At 200 coaches, physios, S&C coaches and analysts, that becomes possible, and three doors open.

Schools

I have contacts with heads of rugby across major rugby playing schools, and around 300 schools play the game in this country. Once there are enough professionals on here to serve them properly, that outreach begins.

Clubs

More coaches gives me the leverage to have conversations with the RFU, and to boost the platform even further into grassroots rugby and the entire rugby community.

Closing the gap

A lot of clubs may struggle to afford a full time physio, an S&C coach or an analyst. Booking one for a single game or a block of training gives clubs the opportunity to raise standards for teams that would not usually be able to afford high level professional support.

Masters students in physiotherapy, strength and conditioning and performance analysis get real access to real teams. Genuine experience in their field, on actual match days and training nights, and they earn something while they do it.
